2009 Eden Road The Long Road Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in a combination of 1, 2 and 3 year old French oak barriques for 14 months. Opaque black purple colour with deep black purple hue. The nose reveals aromas of ripe blackcurrant, plum, liquorice and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous ripe blackcurrant flavours followed by some mulberry, spice and cedar. Dry, slightly firm but balanced tannins with aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2014-2015).
