2009 Carolina Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays aromas of white peach, apricot, spice and light toast. The palate is medium weight and displays good mouthfeel with flavours of delicate white peach, apricot, spicy oak and cashew. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, spice and cashew.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
