2009 Auntsfield Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits an intense aromatic profile of ripe peach, cashew, honeycomb, nougat and spice. Full and rich the palate possesses a creamy like texture along with mouthfilling flavours of ripe pear, tropical fruits and honeycomb followed by some toast, nougat and spice nuances. Clean finish. Excellent length with long aftertaste of honeycomb, ripe peach, nougat, spice and a hint of hazelnut. An excellent richly textured Chardonnay.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
