2008 Yalumba Christobels Classic Dry White

This wine has been made from a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
Bright pale straw colour with pale green hue. Top note of citrus, followed by lemon and unripe gooseberry finishing with a grassy end note. The palate flavours deliver a light grassy sensation followed by hints of lemon on the back palate with a touch of confectionary. Crisp acid finish. Light grassy unripe gooseberry aftertaste.
