Produced from a blend of 47.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43.5% Merlot and 9% Malbec the wine was matured for 12 months in a combination of 10% new French oak with the balance being 1-4 year oak.

A great value Margaret River blend
Opaque dark crimson red colour with deep crimson mauve hue. The nose displays lifted tobacco leaf notes followed by blackcurrant, mulberry and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate balances richness with elegance displaying flavours of ripe blackcurrant and mulberry followed by some spice, tobacco and cedar. Excellent length with very fine grained soft tannins and long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry and spice.

Gently leafy with a lovely dollop of cassis and cedar on the bouquet; the palate delivers a plush medium-bodied mouthful of flavour, with ripe tannin and generous levels of fruit to conclude; complex with a friendly hand. Screwcap.
