Produced from Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro vines between 40 – 150 years old, this wine is unusual in that it was elevaged entirely in stainless steel. The complete absence of barrel maturation has resulted in a wine with distinct primary fruit flavours.

Medium body. Crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Perfumed nose of raspberry, spice, liquorice, violets and vanilla. Mouthfilling flavours of raspberry, plum, and spice. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. White pepper back palate. Very long plum, spice, raspberry and white pepper aftertaste.
Cellar 2-3 years (2011-2012)
Alc/Vol: 14.5%
