A delightful Free Range Chook with comparatively more flavour than the battery fed hens. Made from a blend of 50% Grenache, 45% Shiraz and 5% Viognier.

Medium body, crimson colour with crimson hue. Perfumed nose. Top note of dried apricot followed by raspberry, spice, cherry and liquorice allsorts. The palate is generous, with the influence of viognier being quite apparent. Flavours of dried apricot, raspberry, liquorice and spice are evident over a layer of black pepper. Soft tannins. Excellent, voluptuous body texture. Aftertaste of raspberry, cherry, plum and spice with apricots lingering.
