2008 Stalking Horse Shiraz

A youthful joosy red with classic McLaren Vale flavour profile. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of plum, followed by dark chocolate and liquorice all sorts. The palate has excellent primary fruit flavours with it’s youthful and joosy texture. Flavours of plum, dark chocolate, spice and black pepper. Very long aftertaste of black pepper.
