Produced from a blend of 75% Garganega and 25% Sauvignon Blanc. Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. Delicate aromas of pear, lime and spice. The palate displays flavours of pear and apple followed by some lime and spice finishing dry. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of pear and spice with some nutty overtones also emerging.
