2008 Rymill The Yearling Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep black crimson hue. Subdued aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry and spearmint. Medium weight the palate possesses quite dry, slightly chalky tannins with flavours of blackcurrant, a touch of mint and spicy cedar. Moderate length with aftertaste of cherry, spearmint and cedar.
Cellar 1-2 years (2011-2012).
