Retasted 02/09/2009: Very pale straw colour with a tinge of green and watery hue. Very subdued nose with some faint aromas of lime and citrus emerging. Light clean crisp palate lacking intensity with some delicate lime, citrus, spice and mineral flavours making an appearance. Clean crisp dry finish. Short citrus and spice aftertaste. Cellar for the medium term in the hope that some tertiary flavours will develop.

11.5% Alc First Tasted 05/02/2009: Bright watery pale straw colour. Slightly subdued notes of lime, citrus and mineral. Dilute, light flavours of lime and mineral with a citrus back palate. Clean crisp acid finish with relatively short aftertaste of lime and mineral. A lean wine that lacks intensity and concentration.
