A vinous essay in precision and razor sharp acidity.
Bright pale straw colour with water like hue and a green tinge. The nose displays Germanic elegance with aroma of rose petal, orange blossom, lime and tropical fruit. Green lemon and lime palate flavours are dominated by very precise acidity – reminiscent of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Lime and lemon aftertaste, with razor sharp acidity persisting.
