Semi translucent crimson red mauve colour with mauve hue. Aromas of black cherry, violets and anise. The palate displays excellent weight and richness with flavours of dark ripe cherry, anise and plum with a very spicy back palate. Excellent acid/tannin structure with very good power wave. Long aftertaste of spice, black cherry and anise.
Cellar 3-4 years to build further complexity (2013-2014)
