2008 Munamuna Pinot Noir

Munamuna means secret or covert in Marori referring to the fact the Munamuna’s vineyard sources are top secret, rumoured to be from some of Marlborough’s greatest vineyards.

Translucent crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Aromas of macerated fresh cherries and blood plums followed by a touch of spice. Light to medium bodied with flavours of black cherry and dark plum followed by some toast end notes. Quite a fruity flavour profile. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of cherry and plum.
