Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Aromas of pear, tropical fruits and citrus. The palate displays good weight with flavours of citrus, grapefruit and mineral with some tropical fruit back palate notes. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of citrus and mineral with just a touch of toast beginning to emerge.
Cellar 3-4 years to allow further tertiary development (2012-2013)
