This Chardonnay has been matured for 8 months in French oak hogsheads and undergone regular lees stirring. Bright pale straw colour with green tinge. The nose is a touch restrained, with aroma of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit evident showing light barrel ferment characters. Dryish palate. Modest length and light aftertaste of citrus, yeast lees and cashew.
