2008 Koltz Dog Day Shiraz

Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by blackberry, vanilla, plum and confectionary. The palate is ‘joosy’ supported by a soft tannin structure. Flavours of liquorice allsorts, plum, spice and vanilla which follows through to the aftertaste.
