Deep crimson purple colour with purple mauve hue. Lifted notes of dark cherry, cassis, cedar and spice. The palate is relatively full bodied displaying good weight with flavours of dark ripe cherry, plum and spice with some toasty notes that linger through to the aftertaste. Fine grained dryish tannins with aftertaste of dark ripe cherry, plum and toasty oak.
