2008 Juve Y Camps Reserva de la Familia Brut Nature Gran Reserva

This top end Cava pours well featuring a white frothy mousse that shows good hold. Pale straw base wine colour with an exceptionally fine bead that possesses very good persistence. The nose displays ripe pear and baked apple top notes followed by some rich yeast lees and citrus notes. Clean and dry with flavours of pear and baked apple followed by yeast lees and baked bread finishing with some lingering hazelnut characters. Good fresh acidity with an aftertaste of baked apple, lees and hazelnut.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
