Bright, water like colour with water like hue. Lifted nose of ripe gooseberry, spice and tropical fruit. Grassy background on the palate over a gooseberry layer with just a touch of lemon on the back palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry and lemon with grassiness persisting and a touch of confectionary emerging at the very last moment.
