Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Lifted aromas of herbaceous gooseberry, cut grass and citrus followed by a touch of capsicum and mineral. Palate flavours of gooseberry followed by some grassy herbaceous characters and a touch of citrus. Relatively soft acid finish with broad mouthfeel. Aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberry and green apple.
