2008 Hollick 'The Nectar' Riesling (375ml)

Bright gold colour with pale gold hue. Top note of lemon, followed by honey, tropical fruit and ripe apricot. The palate has a dusty overlay that is reminiscent of textured mould – flavours of honey and confectionary are evident. Some raisin and compot flavours on the back palate. Aftertaste of spice and dusty apricots.
