Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of peach followed by melon and yeast lees. End notes of butterscotch and biscuit. Flavours of peach, tropical fruit and grapefruit are to be found on the palate over a layer of yeast lees. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of peach and tropical fruit.
