2008 Gipsie Jack Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep black dark red hue. The nose possesses very good intensity with scents of ripe dark plum, liquorice, mocha and vanillin oak whofting from the glass. Bold and rich the palate has opulent flavours of dark chocolate, ripe dark plum, mocha and vanillin oak. Velvet smooth tannins with aftertaste of ripe dark plum, dark chocolate and vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
