Pale straw colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose of pear, tropical fruit, melon, confectionary and lees. Good palate weight with flavours of spice, pear and tropical fruit along with some barrel ferment characters. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of pear, spice and yeast lees.
Drink now or cellar a further 2 years (2009-2011)
