The “Straight From The Cask” range are typically matured in two types of wood, Bourbon barrels and Wine casks. In these expressions, the fruit influence of some of the finest European wines combines with the inherent richness of Edradour's spirit. This edition departs from tradition having spent its full term in a wine cask. Distilled in 2008 and fully matured in an ex-Sauternes (Bordeaux sweet white wine) barrel, it was bottled on the 14th December 2018. 389 bottles are on offer worldwide. 61.1% Alc./Vol. Natural colour.
