2008 Domaine Des Lises Crozes Hermitage

Opaque dark crimson purple colour with crimson purple hue. Aromas of dark cherry and some meaty earth like characters are followed by some spice and plum. Medium weight palate with a relatively simple flavour profile of dark cherry, spice and earth lacking depth and complexity. Dry finish with fine grained, slightly chalky but balanced tannins. Moderate aftertaste of dark cherry, spice and earth.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
