2008 Domaine A Petit A Cabernets

The second wine of Domaine A, this is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays dark mulberry aromas alongside a touch of black olive and some earthy tobacco, dusty cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied, showing good generosity and richness within its Bordeaux like frame, the palate has flavours of blackcurrant, cedary tobacco, light earthiness and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Excellent depth with long blackcurrant, cedary tobacco and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
