2008 Cooper Burns Mason Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black dark red colour with deep dark red black hue. The nose exhibits strong liquorice allsorts top notes over some black plum, subtle blackberry, vanillin oak and spice. Rich and opulent the palate delivers plushly textured flavours of liquorice and black plum followed by some raisins and vanillin oak. Velvet smooth tannins with long black plum, liquorice, raisins and vanillin oak aftertaste.
