2008 Clos du Val Carneros Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge around the edges and very pale straw hue. Aromas of white peach and cashew are followed by a touch of nougat and some spicy toasty oak notes. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers flavours of white peach, spicy oak, nougat and a touch of honeycomb on the dry finish. Aftertaste of cashew, spicy oak and nougat.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).
