An excellent example of the blend from an emerging vineyard established in 1994.

This wine is composed of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon.
Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate Graves like nose. Top note of confectionary followed by gooseberry and unripe pear. Pear and gooseberry palate flavours are overlaid with semi ripe passionfruit and confectionary. Back palate of gooseberry, confectionary and passionfruit. Clean acid finish. Some citrus emerges. Long lasting aftertaste.
