Cellar: 3 - 4 Years (2012-2013)

The 2008 vintage was a ‘bounce back’ from the devastating 2007 vintage. Grown on the sandy loams of the Concongella Creek and the cooler Salvation Hills sites.

A wine that demonstrates the power and finesse that the district is capable of. A superb example of Great Western Riesling.

Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinge and water like hue. Aromas of lime, citrus and orange blossom with some tropical fruit background notes. The palate is mouthfilling displaying intense lime and citrus flavours with a steely minerality. Excellent concentration. Clean crisp finish with long aftertaste of lime and citrus.
Drink now or cellar 3-4 years for further development. (2012-2013)
Alc/Vol: 12.5%
