2008 Bent Creek Black Dog Shiraz

This wine has had 12 months maturing in American oak. Opaque purple black colour with black crimson hue. Aromas of blackberry, spice, plum and blackpepper showing good lift. Excellent weight with joosy flavours of spicy blackberry, plum and blackpepper with the spice and blackpepper persisting on the back palate. Fine grained well balanced tannins with long spice, blackpepper and blackberry aftertaste.
