2008 B3 Barossa Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. Aromas of very ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, dark plum and toasty spice. Fruit driven palate with flavours of ripe blackberry and dark plum followed by some liquorice and spice. Joosy texture. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of ripe blackberry, black plum and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014)

First Tasted August 2010:
Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red black hue. Aromas of blackberry, dark plum, chocolate and confectionary. Good palate weight with ripe generous flavours of dark plum, blackberry and dark chocolate with a spicy back palate. Good length. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark plum, chocolate and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
