Brilliant pale straw colour with pale gold edges and very pale straw hue. Lifted aromas of white peach, toasty oak, cashew and honeycomb showing good intensity. Good weight and concentration delivering a flavour profile of white peach, nougat, honeycomb and spice. Excellent length with clean dry finish. Aftertaste of white peach, cashew and spice.
The wine possesses sufficient acidity for cellaring a further 3-4 years (2013-2014)
