2007 Yuroke Vineyards Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of yeast lees, hazelnut and nougat with hints of cashew, showing good barrel ferment character. The palate has weight with creamy texture, flavours of spice, and hints of hazelnut, honeycomb and cinnamon over white pepper. Excellent length and persistence. Back palate of grapefruit and citrus, which run long into the aftertaste.
