Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Delicate lees top note followed by biscuit, melon and spice with a honeycomb end note. The palate flavours are delicate with white peach and yeast lees evident over a citrus back palate. An elegant style. Aftertaste of melon, yeast lees and citrus.
