The Scribbler is composed of 63% Cabernet and 37% Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, spice and blackberry. The palate structure is on the dry side being driven by the Cabernet component. Flavours of cedar, blackcurrant and spice. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice and a hint of liquorice.
