2007 Yalumba Bush Vine Grenache

The density of the Yalumba Bush Vine Grenache has consistently been quite light compared to many other examples. However, what is lacking in colour saturation is certainly not evident on the palate. Translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Top note of raspberry, followed by confectionary, with hints of new leather and spice. On the palate flavours of raspberry and spice – quite generous. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Aftertaste of spice, raspberry and black pepper.
