2007 Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2007 vintage comes complete with a major packaging overhaul – the wines now have a new sleek black look. Deep crimson red/purple colour with crimson mauve hue. Classic Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant, spice, violets and cedar along with some hints of cigar box in the background, displaying good intensity and plenty of varietal character. Medium to full bodied palate with flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry and spice over a cedar background. Fine grained dry dusty tannins with long spice, blackcurrant and cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
