2007 Woodstock Riesling

Made by Scott Collett and Ben Glaetzer, the wine displays bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of lime, followed by orange blossom, with floral end note. The palate flavours are dominated by a crisp acid backbone. Flavours of lemon and lime which run well into the aftertaste.
