2007 Torzi Matthews Frost Dodger Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with a greenish gold tinge and water like hue. Some tertiary aromas are beginning to appear on the nose – lifted toasty notes followed by citrus with some kerosene like characters also emerging. The palate is quite dry with flavours of citrus, toast and mineral. The wine is in a transition stage. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of toast, citrus and a hint of kero. Another 2 to 3 years will allow some further tertiary flavour development.
