2007 Tin Pot Hut Syrah

Deep dark red purple colour with crimson mauve hue. Aromas of dark plum, black cherry, earth, toast and spice. Medium weight with elegant flavours of dark plum, liquorice, cloves and spice. Soft fine grained tannin structure. Modest depth and length with aftertaste of black cherry, spice and cloves.
Cellar 1-2 years (2011-2012).
