2007 Taylors Jaraman Riesling

Bright water like colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of tropical fruit followed by light lees. There is a sense of austerity on the palate, with flavours of unripe pineapple and lime over a crisp acid backbone. Aftertaste of unripe pineapple and lime with the acidity persisting.
