Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Top note of confectionary, followed by spice and dry hay. The palate is quite dry, with grassy, herbaceous back palate flavours. Clean finish. Some citrus emerges in the background. Grassy, herbaceous aftertaste and citrus persisting.
