2007 Shelmerdine Riesling

An excellent example of Riesling, showing strong varietal character.

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of tropical fruit followed by lime, rose petal and just a touch of honey as an end note. The palate displays delicacy together with strong varietal character. Flavours of orange blossom, rose petal infusions and lime fill the palate. Clean acid finish. Long lime aftertaste.
