2007 Sevenhill Inigo Riesling

After several generations of Jesuit winemakers, the last being Brother John May, a young lady was appointed in 2005. Liz Heidenreich has made an immediate impact by taking the quality of the wines to a higher level than had previously been achieved.

A crisp Riesling with excellent cellaring potential.

Brilliant straw colour with green hue. Perfumed nose of orange blossom, lime and citrus. On the palate, flavours of lemon and orange blossom infusions over a lime background. Crisp acid backbone. Long aftertaste of lime and orange.
