2007 Schild Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is very advanced for its years. Medium body, brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of cedar, followed by stewed fruit, with a hint of liquorice and cigar box. The palate fruit is fading. Flavours of stewed fruit and cedar appear but disappear just as fast. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and cedar.
