2007 Ring Bolt Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep, almost opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of cedar, cassis, blackcurrant and spice with a hint of dark chocolate. The palate delivers flavours of spice, blackcurrant and dark chocolate. The tannins are quite firm with the structure forming the backbone of this wine and remaining in good balance. Nuances of mocha on the back palate. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cedar and cigar box.
