Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve brick red hue. Aromas of dark cherry, strawberry, spice and violets with some game undertones. Light to medium body with flavours of dark cherry, strawberry, spice and confectionary. Very fine grained soft tannin structure with aftertaste of dark cherry and toast.
Drink now or cellar 1-2 years. (2009-2011)
